To be a private development until Paizo tells us that they are Being unreleased at this point, it would have ![]() Ready for that release so that players have a ready tool to In playtest in August, Im thinking that maybe someone canĬontact Paizo to see if they are interested in having PCGen be Since Pathfinder 2.0 is due to be release Should someone contact Paizo to see if they are willing to even do this so that PCGen can support Pathfinder 2.0 as soon as possible following the official release at GenCon 2018?.Is it feasible to make a game mode installable as an OOB data set?.Is anyone (besides me) willing to sign an NDA with Paizo and keep the data secret until officially released by Paizo?.Looking at the OOB “Install Data” feature in the UI we have a choice of “Data”, “Vendor Data” and “Homebrew Data”.PCGen can’t be held to a code version release schedule that sets a specific date (such as GenCon 2018), so any code changes will need to be in place at some point before official release and the data sets (and game mode) will have to be an OOB installable data set that users can install once Paizo approves it. ![]() We don’t know if there are any fundamental differences that will require CODE additions.The Repo for the new data set would have to be private until officially released by Paizo.Whomever is involved in writing the data for PCGen to support it would have to sign an NDA with Paizo to not release it until a date specified by Paizo.I’m presuming that they want to keep it that way so that they can present it at GenCon as the official release. ![]()
